These Terms of Service govern your use of the Island Greens website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. Orders and pricing All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. For pre-order/deposit items, the deposit percentage and balance-due terms shown at checkout are part of your order agreement. Payment Payment is processed securely through Stripe. For deposit orders, you authorize us to automatically charge the remaining balance to your saved payment method once your order is marked delivered, using the terms shown at checkout. Custom and made-to-order products Many of our products are cut and built to your specifications. Because of this, orders may not be eligible for cancellation or modification once production has started — see our Refund Policy for details. Shipping Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Intellectual property All content on this site — including text, images, and product designs — is owned by Island Greens or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Island Greens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.
